And Purolator JUST SUX. Delivered boxes 1 & 2 Monday... keyboard, mouse, speakers, motherboard box and drivers. The tower showed up Friday.
Shipment before was picked up on June 20. in Richmond according to supplier record. Not scanned in by Purolator in Vancouver warehouse June 23. Not scanned into Prince George until June 26. Not delivered here (100 miles further) until June 30.
Both cases, the phone rep tried to imply it was a normal 2 day delivery here from PG, and claimed 'there were no refunds on ground delivery'.
Funny thing was that 2 orders from the afternoon of Fri. June 27 showed up all the way from Richmond Monday June 30. Or should I say One and two-thirds showed up.
We have a list of town mottos, one of which is "You only PAY for overnight delivery".

Tack that on wit the 3 claims we filed for damaged goods, NONE of which were resolved. They just required endless paperwork, all of which they claimed they never got (as with the faxes), until we just gave up and wrote them off.
Unfortunately they've locked in "good" long term contracts with almost ALL the major computer warehouses, so it's never going to change.

That would explain why the only notice I got was from Canada Post

As for Int. Shipping,... I prefer Post (CP or USPS) for price and USPS rocks for speed when it comes to parcels.

Ordered a box of satellite dish mounts and I was shocked to find them at the Post Office. I was shocked again when they were covered with Fedex stickers and a bill for $69.
Would have been $20 or less to use Canada Post in the first place. Because ALL couriers have to change trucks in Prince George to deliver out Hwy16 and that means 2 day delivery, we use Postal Express for 90% of our RMA returns. Same 48 hour time, half the price.

Never ordered from NCIX but have purchased at least 3 times from directcanada.com which I believe is an associate company. Orders were processed promptly and without delay.... No problems....
