Best of all it is free (like Synctoy) and has cross-platform versions for Mac OS X, Linux and Windows.....

Anyone try this? I did I installed it on one of my Windows 7 computers and on a Mandriva 2010 computer....(Virtual computer via VirtualBox)... Seems to work well
