Typical of American Manufacturers, horsepower is apparently all that matters. There is more to a car than that number.
Really?
The V6 Mustang stops 10ft faster than the Genesis, despite being 200lbs heavier.
It also pulls better numbers on the pad @ .95G compared to .89G.
It's 1.2 seconds faster in the 1/4 mile.
7 feet, and .94G according the Motor trend. Genesis was also faster around a figure 8. They rated it the best handler out of their competition (Pony cars + Genesis). The Mustang they tested was actually
lighter than the Genesis. They're pretty comparable, and it comes down to which you'd rather drive, and which one would enjoy more. Both are getting a lot of buyers, it's rare that when I'm out I don't see at least one of each. I'm not knocking the Mustang at all, Ford did amazing things with it. And I can't comment on how it drives, cause I haven't driven one, but I have driven a Genesis, and fuck that thing is fun.
