Shit...not the first time an Air Canada flight nearly caused a slaughter at SFO:

So it bottomed out at 60’. I looked it up and the tallest of the 4 planes on that taxiway in this incident was a Philippine Airliners Airbus A340, which has a tail height of 56ft. 9 inches!

Had there been a Boeing 777 (height 61’) or Airbus A380 (79’, 7 inches) on that taxiway this would be a very different story!

To be fair, it doesn’t say the AC plane was directly over the other aircraft at the point it reached 60’...that could have been before or after, but still! The NTSB didn’t say “a few feet” for no reason!
