Well, according to you, you have no problem restricting those rights in a discriminatory fashion, even tho they are exactly freedom of expression and assembly.

mean? You mean there are or should be limits on what you can think?
The state should treat religions equally. Do something against the state/people, no matter what your religion is, you get spanked. But to say religion A can do x but not religion B, that's just insane. Which is why if we're going to allow headgear exemptions for religious reasons, allow them to everybody, without the state deciding which is legit, which is not.
