Pulling up and yelling and looking angry at another car is not dangerous driving causing death. He probably lost control because he became so agitated when he yelled back at them he didn't pay attention to his driving. Trying to charge these people with a serious crime is going to be a real stretch, so they probably won't be charged.
From a local paper:
$1:
Mississippi Highway Patrol spokesman Johnny Poulos said the accident took place on Highway 6 near the Pontotoc County line around 11:20 a.m. The two were traveling west in a 2005 Ford Explorer when it left the road and the driver overcorrected and the vehicle flipped.
So if it can be shown that the other vehicle caused him to leave the road, then yes, they should be charged. But it really sounds like he lost control when he shouted back.
