And in keeping with Blackberry half measures, the website where their instructions tell you to go to get the software needed to transfer all your data to a new phone - doesn't work. Hasn't worked properly for a couple years, from either the phone or directly. Expired SSL certificates.

And when you try to get it remdied from Blackberry support, they'll tell you the phone is no longer supported, and blow you off. If you have one other the newer phones by TCL (KeyOne, KeyTwo) then TCL will brush you off and tell you to go to BB. BB will tell you to go to TCL.
