My first thought when I saw the pic was disbelief. Here's a story about a guy using a camera to have a peek up a woman's skirt, and while we're supposed to be outraged... there's a pic, supposedly of the woman. How can we be disgusted with his actions and sympathize with his victim while the pic is added for illustration?

I say that picture is not worst than we see everyday in magazines and on tv , so I wouldn't get exactly worked up on it .
Now that said , the action of this guy should not go unpunished.
The picture is not offensive but the action should be.
