I listened to the CBC podcast on NXIVM, and it's pretty f-ked up. And Clare Bronfman is mixed up in it pretty deep.

Then someone should go through the process of placing her under a conservator. But until she is proven incompetent I am rather repelled at the suggested notion that she needs to be barred from helping to provide anyone with an affirmative defense against criminal charges.

Wouldn't surprise me one bit if this article was planted by a frustrated prosecutor who wants to cut off the financial support for the defense so s/he can get an easier conviction.
