Translation: I don't think it's important so it's not important.

Name me one socialist-run country that ever gave a fuck about the environment?

Then recognizing the dismal environmental record of every last socialist country explain to me why I'm supposed to believe that the socialists are purely altruistic in their global warming alarmism and not just (in their words) using this to further their anti-capitalist, revolutionary aims?

I like that you've turned this from a demonstration about climate change to a demonstration about socialism because of one sign.

Likewise, this bullshit climate protest did not just spontaneously arise across the UK.

Prove it.

herbie herbie:
WTF does climate change or environmental activism got to do with socialism?
It's another alt-right "truth" that's cliche

And I'm not even going to look at that website. Most kids in school know what 90% of adults don't. Many sites have these things called PDFs where you just click, download a poster and click print.
Riiight. And every kid in the school decided on their own to print them out and go on "strike". Absolutely no pushing by the teachers or outside influence at all.
If you believe that I have 1000 acres of prime swampland to sell you and I'll even throw in a bridge for free.

Why is it the first guy who would jump down anybody's throat if they asked him to prove a negative is the first guy to demand they do it.

Now as to this question...

$1:
WTF does climate change or environmental activism got to do with socialism?

By first example, have you paid any attention to what's in this Green New Deal?

$1:
The Green New Deal doesn’t just include environmentalist proposals: It also includes a grab bag of other left-wing goodies to “mitigate deeply entrenched racial, regional, and gender-based inequalities in income and wealth (including, without limitation, ensuring that federal and other investment will be equitably distributed to historically impoverished, low-income, deindustrialized, or other marginalized communities in such a way that builds wealth and ownership at the community level.)”

Among the liberal wish list items included, the Green New Deal contains a proposal for universal health care and a basic minimum income program to make up for all the jobs lost in the process of transitioning to a fully green economy.

and why is the Paris Climate Accord all about redistributing the wealth?

The climate scare is about getting control of energy. Energy is what powers the means of production. Socialism is by definition control of the means of production.

Socialists and their activists know all this even if the average meathead they'd like to con is too thick to notice.

Some schools weren't in support of it.

$1:
17-year-old Sophie Sleeman, who helped organize a strike in Exeter, Devon, told CNN that her school told her to call off the strike, but that she went ahead as she believes "the education system, the media and government aren't doing enough to tackle climate change or portray its severity to us."

Swedish student leader wins EU pledge to spend billions on climate

$1:
“In the next financial period from 2021 to 2027, every fourth euro spent within the EU budget will go towards action to mitigate climate change,” Juncker said of his proposal for the EU budget, which is typically 1 percent of the bloc’s economic output, or 1 trillion euros ($1.13 trillion) over seven years.
