We should ditch the old anachronistic colonial symbols and replace them with Canadian ones.

Adios France, Scotland, Ireland and England.

I was pretty indifferent to the RCL until they did their damnedest to deny people the option of wearing a white poppy. I'm sorry, but the Legion is chock full of intolerant, high-maintenance, whiny divas.

Fortunately, many vets can't be bothered with the RCL.
