there is not mockery of justice here, he executed that kid and he should sit in jail with everyone else.

I firmly believe that there should be an increase in time served at home. It would save the taxpayer a great deal of money. This should only be for certain crimes, I don't think attempted murder should qualify for this.

That being said, he shouldn't be housed in general population. As a former cop it would put him in much more danger than the average inmate. The intention of prison is to take away your freedom, not your life.

All federal offenders in Ontario begin their imprisonment at Milhaven, maximum security, where they are given a risk assessment. This assessment determines where they'll serve their sentence (maximum, medium, minimum security).

This could be done anywhere, so why do they choose to do it at Milhaven? Answer: some of the intention of prison is to take away more than your freedom. It may not be intent to take your life, but it's definitely intent to scare the shit out of you for a couple of months, even if you're headed for minimum security for the remainder of your sentence.

Ya that's not going to happen.

He'll be in a PC wing, no question.

And not for a long time either, new records for time deducted, good behaviour,
and out on 1st superquick parole hearing.
