abuse is not parenting cicumcision is mutilation and should be outlawed and[piercing is also mutilation

Don't know if you have suffered some form of genital neuropathy, but I can guarantee that there is a lot more sensitivity in my penis than my ear lobe. However, I would not refer to it as child abuse.
