Look, he's the defense lawyer. What do you guys expect. He has to do his best, get his publicity for the best of his career.

That's how shit works. We know the kid is guilty, but from a defense lawyer's perspective, he needs to do his best to help the kid. Otherwise, he won't be his lawyer now would he?
