Truth is Alberta's going to have to concentrate on value added things to do with oil. Just like BC has failed at with wood.
Simply digging up shit and shipping it out raw has been Canada's fail for generations. Yet everyone falls for the get "at least" instead of the get the most for our resources attitude that wins every time.
