Hmmm, a 63 year old goes down to Mexico with a young Yoga instructor with booze and Viagara. If I was his ghost I would be trying to come back to get in contact with my daughter and tell her to piss off as this is every guy's dieing wish. [BF]

I agree, this was a consenting adult not some debilitated senior citizen, he's responsable for his own actions. Sounds like Daddy's little girl is trying to get some $$$ and found an excuse to not earn it.

What is young? 56? 37? 23?

He died during a holiday. He's not the first, and won't be the last.

I think her biggest complaints stem from this part: "Donaldson alleges Telfer called her 17 hours after the death and requested Bibby be cremated, which she refused to do, and told her Bibby had made a new will."

And, "She also alleges Telfer lied to her and to a funeral home in Cancun to minimize or cover up her involvement in the death and to increase her chances of getting estate assets."

I'd be a little suspicious as well.

I agree with you there. I'd be very suspicious and would deffinately want to prompt some kind of investigation in regards to the funeral home bit if this were my dad.
However, if her greatest weight for this claim is: "As a result of Telfer's alleged misconduct, Donaldson alleges she has suffered nightmares, severe frustration, anger and anxiety, a sense of helplessness and injustice, and confusion over the truth regarding her father's death. " then I don't see how she'll get very far as those are some most common feelings and symptoms for any person who is bereaved under any circumstance, from what I have seen and learned.

Then contest the will in probate.
