I saw this on the news and the assholes were driving a large pickup truck towing the trailer. That beautiful dog should have been riding with them in the truck and instead they treated him like freaking cargo.

POS owners should get the same cruel treatment.

They should NEVER be permitted to have any creature live with them again as they are obviously incapable.
