It is rare that we see individuals speak up for what they believe in, specifically religion. I grew up in a highly structured christian home and we spoke about it freely, then. However, things have changed in my life and in the world.

I respect the Robertson Family for what they stand for and believe in. They stick together as a family and believe that this will bring them closer to God.

Yep. Just like the Phelps family. Good Christians all. And of course Muslim families stick together and believe this will bring them closer to God. Hindus too. Chinese are big on it. Etc.

"Defeated" isn't the right word.. Everything is forgotten. We throw away everything, including our own thoughts.

I don't see how you could think anyone won or lost when everyone moved on. Short-term memory loss won.
