Other than YOU interpreting the choice of picture as a celebration of her death, it's exactly the same story as every else carried. Including the bit "of congestive heart failure"... FFS when you're in your 90s, WTF does it matter what you died of? Celebrate she made it to 94.

Word was that Nancy was the one who kept the admin on track in it's last couple of years as Ronnie got too ill with the Alzheimers. She also allegedly tried to stop the incursion into Beirut that led to the Marine barracks bombing and the following embarrassing withdrawal and was also reportedly against the Iran/Contra thing that turned into such a fiasco. Ronnie was still in relatively OK health then but was wrapped around the fingers of Cap Weinberger, Don Regan, and Oliver North at the time and green-lit all their bullshit ideas. Word was she was also the force behind the throne after the assassination attempt, that Ronnie never fully recovered from, and got things calmed down during the panic when it happened.
