Good thing, 'cause:

September was the seventh month this year to go down in the record books as the hottest on record dating to January 1880. February, March, May, June, July and August are the other months this year that were the warmest on record. In addition, January was the second warmest and April was the third warmest in the period of record.

They're demanding you turn the heat up. :lol:

And our new regime will be bringing them here soon.

So what are you going to do?

They're not going to settle for NOAA just reinventing the data to say it's warmer (pardon me 'warmest ever' :wink: ). They're going to want some actual heat.

Speaking of CBC's questionable climate study of the week in the OP though, you know who did really good during the "Roman Warm Period?" The Romans.

The Egyptians didn't do bad either.

What to you think the chances are their average temps were a little higher than this proposed 13c (55F) 'Goldilocks Zone'.
