"A storm that walloped the capital region with up to 13 centimetres of snow slowed and halted daily routines Wednesday, and its frigid impact is expected to persist today, when morning temperatures are expected to hover around -6 C with a windchill that will make it feel like minus-13."

Me too, I just think it's funny what Victorians think of as being a "storm" and "frigid" temperatures. Here in Ontario or back home in Nfld 13 centimeters of snow and -6 would be a nice, balmy winter day.
