So you don't have to be native to get an aboriginal hearing?

My guess would be that if he wins his parole hearing, besides being a travesty of justice, there'll be a flood of these hearings for every criminal on the inside.

We all know that native law is considerably more lenient towards their people, than even our own fucked up judicial system is, so I guess this asshole is now one of the Natives.

Just another shining example of the two tiered system of justice in Canada.
