I don't know the facts here, but I wonder what the recidivism rate is from one of those Dutch "Luxury Hotel Prisons," compared to the hellholes of sherrif Arpaio?

but it would be interesting to see what Sheriff Joes return rate is,
you would think (and hope ) its at least better than other places
in Arizona.

He/she not in prison, he/she is in the Penetanguishene Mental Health Centre, and since he/she raped one women and sexaully assaulted another I dooubt he/she is in the women's area.

Tritium... you steriotype and are too judgemental. not all people in prison are there because they raped,murdered. and of late we heard of several who should never have been in there in the first place.. right? I wasnt asking for compassion for everyone.. I just think this particular person shouldn't be made a laughing stock... he truly is in the wrong body and needs to correct the error of nature.. He was meant to be female.. there are thousands of these people who are suffering and are deamed to be freaks.. its a serious issue and should be treated as such..

Not all of them rape women "because they need to feel like a man and that is what men do". Makes you wonder where he lost it... Does he want to become a woman because he feels guilty? Because he has some mental illness? Does he really WANT it? Is it a cry for attention?

This is one of the reasons they need to be psychiatrically evaluated, but I am sorry, not at my cost. He can pay for that himself the moment he is a free man. Not a moment sooner.
