Well, since it's clear through our triumphant and perfectly excecuted justice system that insane people have no clue what they are doing or what they are thinking and should not be held responsible for their actions, this woman trapped in a man's body will certainly be ignored.

Sometimes we should.

Your treatment should be covered. So too should several other things that for some other reason aren't.

Technically, I donated myself as guinea pig for human trials for the medication...it works well, but it isn't clearing it 100% so I have 3 years of this for free, but...after three years, and with huge hopes General Motors last that long, I keep on this for a long time (some of these psoriasis treatments cost tens of thousands per year, but they keep developing better treatments...and maybe one day a cure.)

I think its laughable that at a point where prison has health food, rehabilitation centers, gyms, creative learning, amongst a plethora of time enriching activity we should stop at this.

Remember the first time you heard that prisons had cable television? How did you react to that?

On the most painful and disillusioned fact about this question is the honest truth that you as a tax payer don't even know what your taxes are paying.

Shouldn't we be more preoccupied with how conditions outside of prison are, particually with the rise in homelessness and unemployment in our nation?
