IF as stated, it’s a power plant. great!

If they’re using it to construct a bomb, it’s a real waste of time since I’m sure they could get a working unit from Pakistan.

The Genie is out of the bottle. There are already unstable governments who have the knowledge and ability to produce the weapons.

Keeping a close eye is all we can do for now.

This pisses me off. They at the very least, could have used a superior CANDU reactor to create their bombs like India and Pakistan.

But oh no, they have to go and buy off the shelf Russian crap. Just how in the hell are we supposed to arm the world with nuclear weapons if this keeps happening?
