Boyle, 34, appeared in court Monday on a variety of charges, ranging from two counts of sexual assault to two counts of unlawful confinement, The Toronto Star reported. He’s reportedly also been charged with uttering death threats, misleading police, assault, and causing someone to “take a noxious thing, namely Trazodone.”

Five years immersed in the Religion of Peace had a predictable effect on him.

This guy was a weirdo before he went to Afghanistan as I recall.

Here's Josh in 2009:

Image

Quote:
Joshua Boyle, now free after five years of captivity in Afghanistan, is perhaps best known for his brief marriage to Omar Khadr’s older sister.

Boyle, the son of an Ottawa tax court judge, was married for about a year to Zaynab Khadr. She’s the eldest daughter of Ahmed Said Khadr, who was accused by the U.S. and Canada of being an associate and financier for the terrorist group Al-Qaeda. Ahmed Khadr studied at the University of Ottawa, and the family moved between Canada, Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Zaynab Khadr was a fierce defender of both her father and her brother, Omar Khadr, who was captured as a 15-year-old fighting with the Taliban in Afghanistan and charged with killing an American soldier.

Whoever had money in the betting pool that Boyle would relapse sooner than L'il Omar into naughty ways sure cleaned up big. Will a weeping Zaynab Khadr be there in court for Boyle? Or will her involvement be restricted to suing him later on for her fair share of the $10 million apology cheque from the feds that will surely be coming his way?

You got that right...some half wit reporter will push his cause as being victimised, followed by some scumbag law firm suing everyone, followed be a tearful Trudeau handing out a $10.5 million cheque. All because where he lives there are no goats.
