Just the First Nations ones. Kashechewan has been evacuated due to disease before and has historically been plagued by E.coli, impetigo and scabies. It's also built on a floodplain and has been evacuated due to flood in each of the last four consecutive years.

But its all this kid's fault:

$1:
After visits to 18 homes in Kashechewan First Nation, doctors in Kashechewan say they have identified 19 children with skin conditions, but no medical emergencies.

The diagnoses so far in the children aged one to mid-teens is scabies, mild impetigo and eczema, said Keith Conn, associate deputy minister of First Nations and Inuit Health. It's unclear if the kids have a combination of these or one or the other.
