Dragontail69 Dragontail69:
Gonna have to say frick the Indigenous participation. Not needed and not required. Abolish the Indian Act - no special rights for any Canadian time to move into the future and stop being rooted to the past.

R=UP

Agreed. No special rights.

If you, do as the Liberal's environmental assessment bill suggests and "bolster Indigenous participation in the approvals process" to make "changes to the natural resources regime" you're talking about giving up some control of Canadian natural resources (oil for example) to a special interest group. Why would we as Canadians do that? What other Identity groups are going to get a piece of the pie, I wonder. Third wave feminists? Trannies? Islam? Image

Anybody else remember this from March 28:

First Nation groups vie for control of controversial pipeline
