Derby, you've got an inability to admit when you're wrong or when you've been snookered. (See my signature line for a reminder)

Meanwhile you just go deaf and mute when you're wrong.

So, just a quick q from the ignorant here - the guy may have been a leftist and may have exhibited 'bad journalism' by not revealing his bias, but does that actually invalidate the claims he made? Isn't that a bit of poisoning the well?

He missed out facts that would have provided balance. He failed to menton that the Aussies ordered the F18E's as an interim aircraft until their F35's were delivered and he also failed to mention that two of the main users of the Typhoon, the UK and Italy, have also ordered nearly 300 F35's. He got several basic aircraft facts wrong and his USAF General that touted jet-noise as the sound of freedom (or was it napalm in the morning?) was nameless. A nameless general? Really?

Besides that it was a really good article.

Want to try that again? -18.71°C (2010) is warmer than -18.87°C (2009), and warmer than -19.whatever°C (2003-2008).

Holy crap. It's a bloody negative in there. I was wrong. Ooops. I guess I'm supposed to ignore that.

Yep. You are the bastion of common sense. Weren't you saying how cops should have no charter rights or employment law rights?

Your figures on the Typhoon and the F35 are totally wrong and you won't listen to any other opinions.

Yea. I'm waiting to grow up to be like you.

No i said that police should be overseen by Civil rights lawyers amongst others on civilian oversight boards that exclude law enforcement or former law enforcement person because of their ongoing habit of covering up for one another and should be willing to sign employment agreement agreements that allows. access to employee information. Private and Public organizations do this everyday.

Actually my figures on the Eurofighter and the F-35 came from the DoD (Department of Defence) and the British Ministry of Defence directly and are therefore , source materials

If you can't grow up like me, at least grow up.

The MOD haven't released cost on the Typhoon since 2003. We've been through all this before. Repeating your wrong stats still makes them wrong.

And that civilian oversight already happens in Ontario grandad. I posted the OIPRD link.

You touted that cops should have less rights than anybody else and should have all their employment rights negated. I can find the long rant if you'd like.

The documents from the actual government Sources are from much more recent than that, but let's say for the sake of argument. When was the last time a majot new weapon system like the F-35 went down in price?

You just don't like the fact that the information from the original sources show your numbers as complete bullshit. First you said there were 'wiki' numbers when i gave original source material from the government's in question, and so now it of course has to be out of date.

You're the prefect example of leading a horse to water but then seeing it refuse to drink.

The facts don't change anything for you and debate is futile.

I posted all this stuff before but you ignored it because it doesn't fit your unfounded argument.

This link from Flight International in 2009 puts Typhoon unit costs at 75 million pounds, thats $120 million Canadian.

http://www.flightglobal.com/articles/20 ... -deal.html

This one puts unit costs at 70 million pounds or $112 million Can.

http://www.reuters.com/article/idCNLDE6 ... 713?rpc=44

The MOD is refusing to give actual costs saying it is 'still in negotiations'.

The striking thing is how difficult it actually is to find unit costs for the Typhoon which is never a good sign.

The Saudi's paid 8.8 billion Pounds for 72 aircraft in 2005. That's 120 million pounds an aircraft at 2005 prices, which would be $193 million Canadian.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/business/2005 ... rabia.arms

So tell me again how the Typhoon is a third of the cost of an F35?

Nah, don't bother. You'll just send me more unfounded crap on a topic you have shown your arse at everytime you post.

On nationalist rhetoric, which nation am I a nationalist for? You just 'aint making a coherent argument here.

Like I say, stick to big grey boats with guns.

If you read up on his exchanges with Gunnair, you'll find they aren't his strong suit either.
