This was an incredibly stupid idea. One of the most recognizable TV icons AND it's connected to NASCAR... in a backhanded kinda' way.
I think NASCAR seduced the canine with this one.

If they're gonna get rid of something, get rid of the friggin' anthem before sporting events. I mean c'mon, it's sports not war.
