Just as you can have an all native hockey team, but not an all white one, they can build community centers on the reserve that only they are allowed to enjoy, but the ones in town offer "free drop in" to the "underprivileged" native children, who quite often stay in town after school rather than taking the bus home, and utilize the town facilities which then comes out of tax payers dollars.

There is no fairness, Yog. The more of a crook you are, the more you play the system, the better you'll do. Honest people simply fund the sheisters.

Sure, McGuinty and OPP have dropped the ball on Caledonia. But what happens on the rez is a federal issue. And, I doubt if there is any thing illegal about this - it's their rez, they can makes the rules, and as we know, Charter does not apply.
