I'm going to jump out here and say that if the alleged prostitutes were under 18 then they were victims of sex slavery and sex trafficking.

Donal Trump is right when he labeled this place a shithole country. The liberals were upset either they didn't like the face that Hati is a shithole country or the fact that Donald Trump said it.

UN knew for over a decade about sex-for-food scandal involving 15 top charities, leaked report claims

Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... z5GsUF1LX4
Quote:

The United Nations knew of charity workers offering refugees food in exchange for sexual favours for more than a decade, it has been revealed.

An 84-page research document on 'food-for-sex' practices in West African refugee camps was compiled and handed over to the UN in 2002, but the report was never published.

It claims that workers at more than 40 aid organisations, of which 15 are major international charities including Save the Children and Médecins Sans Frontières, sexually exploited young refugees.

The 2002 research document allege that 'food, oil, access to education and plastic sheeting for shelters' were exchanged for sex, according to The Times.

The newspaper, which has been given access to the report, reveal that families living in refugee camps in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia allegedly offered charity workers their teenage daughter for sex 'to make ends meet'.

Do you have any notion of the history of Haiti? Didn't think so.

Another charity to not give your money to.

Aid workers with Medecins Sans Frontieres regularly used prostitutes while working in Africa and boasted they could sell medication for sex, whistleblowers reveal

Allegations made against logistical support staff rather than doctors at charity
One whistleblower claimed use of prostitutes was 'widespread and blatant'
Another said MSF staff boasted locals were willing to trade sex for medication
Charity said it took the allegations seriously and will fire staff for misconduct

Sex abuse is 'endemic in the British aid sector's boys club', MPs claim as they blast 'denial culture' by charity bosses

MPs say 'macho' environment contributes to toleration of sexual exploitation
They accuse aid sector of 'complacency verging on complicity' over scandal
Failings highlighted relating to recipients of aid and attacks on charity workers
Delivery of help to people in crisis subverted by sexual predators, report finds

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... -club.html

Quote:
The report, Sexual Exploitation and Abuse in the Aid Sector, follows the exposure of abuse by Oxfam aid workers in Haiti in 2011. Among devastating conclusions, it found:

Oxfam was more concerned about risk to its reputation than the danger recipients of aid would be abused;
Charities and the Department for International Development ignored reports of sexual abuse going back almost two decades;
The United Nations is still in denial about abuse by its staff, some of whom have immunity from prosecution;
Abuse against aid workers themselves – including rape – may be more prevalent than previously thought;
Whistleblowers are afraid to speak out for fear of losing their jobs.
