You mean the Phillipines is executing drug dealers after they've been found guilty in a fair trial? I would doubt that UN would complain about that. I thought these were extra judicial killings.
I'm against the death penalty, but if a country has it and applies it after a fair trial, well, don't do the crime. But if other countries with death penalties have the rampant miscarriages of justice we see in the US, then that's not a fair trial.
