Hmmm. The US prosecutes child sex 'tourists' who commit crimes against children in foreign countries.
Still, it's a bit alarming when a country prosecutes people for things that were not prosecuted in the country where they took place.
What do we do when Russia or China wants to prosecute someone for what they said while in Canada or the USA? Would we extradite?
Again, it's troublesome to consider.
