Just one question here. Why would a gay South African black man sign a contract with a White South African racist if he felt that strongly about being abused by the "man".

Given the idiocy of the our justice system he probably will and it'll include, out of his contract, a large monetary reward for his suffering and the satisfaction of seeing his twisted version of justice served.
