It's easy to not run a deficit in a province with only a dozen people to provide services for. 8) :wink:

Not when you have to provide roads that cover the entire province with only a dozen taxpayers to collect from.

Oh yea, and the 12 people live so far apart, you pretty much have to build each one their own hospital... ...now you have to run power lines from one end of the province to the other just to get juice to all 12 people and so on and so forth...

All twelve people actually live in Regina and share a house beside the farm. No roads needed, a gas generator to power the TV to watch Corner Gas and the vet does double duty as the provinces doctor! :wink:
