Why is it always a fucking us vs muslim this or that with you guys ? Are you so fucking paranoid or scared shitless of muslims or what. Even sublects remotely related to anyting with Islam becomes a islamophobes boot party. Or like I said is that the only default argument you got left for every subject. You said God given right, I was saying no one has a god given right. Just be thankful you were born there and not in some desert wasteland in some famine stricken country in Africa. I agreed and still do agree that immigration is a privilege and not a right. I haven't heard anywhere from anyone saying that it was a right so I dunno where that came from. If some are saying that, I'm not aware of it at all and can't think any reason how someone can even say that. Maybe someone who has spend a considerable time there and being a decent crime free resident etc etc so in that case I guess it would become a right and it should.

Anyways I see my whole reason of joining CKA to make some friends and learn more about Canada or canadians is becoming a serious waste of time for me.

When people fly airplanes into your neighbor and ally's buildings in the name of a certain religion, it's pretty easy to start taking an us vs them attitude. The more rational among us are able to differentiate between jihadists and moderates. But since the moderates mostly spend their time defending the jihadis, instead of roundly condemning them, they start looking at lot like them rather than us too.

You want to make friends here, spend more time coming down on jihadists instead of getting into arguments trying to defend Muslims. That would be impressive.

I am thankful for where I was born. And I want to keep it the great place it is. That means keeping out people who want to destroy it or turn it into a replica of whatever shitty place they're from. If they like the way things are done where they are from so much, why did they come here?

I too m thankful of where I was born. There are people all over the political spectrum some of us go a little overboard at times, me included but on the whole the people here are pretty decent people. Occasionally we mouth off too much for our own good (again including me) but if we were to meet at a barbecue(cookout) we would have a pretty good time.

It would be impressive to hear moderate Muslims condemn what is call Jihadism. My wife's doctor explained to me that Jihad is an inner process where one struggles to do the right thing over more basic instincts. We all share that struggle but almost all of the time people come out and do the right thing.

The more we talk the more we understand one another. This thread should be shut down. It was meant to convey one thing and ended up turning into something very ugly.

My suggestion for what it is worth is just let it die. Don't access it and certainly don't read it. I thread that isn't accessed will fade away and we can start taking about normal things, Family's, music the normal stuff of life.

The people here are friendly, they just get overheated once in a while but we all have one thing in common: We want to make friends. Please make this the last time you access this thread. I'm certainly going to do the same. There are far more interesting things to talk about.

Muslims are too demanding when they come here and want us to change .. point in paper to-day.. woman forced to move from hospital room because Muslim woman was breast feeding then the hospital sent her a bill for 700 plus bucks. now shouldn't it have been the muslim moved... they just don't integrate and why they bother coming here is a fucking mystery... stay the fuck home!
