I'm sorry, but Islam is the reason behind everything they do. They do not compartmentalize their spiritual life from their daily life like so many Westerners and Christians do.

I'm sorry, but Islam is the reason behind everything they do. They do not compartmentalize their spiritual life from their daily life like so many Westerners and Christians do.

A lot of what they do isn't because of Islam as much is it is because of the Monarchy pretending to be a democracy they have. They abuse people because their King requires absolute fealty. Dissent is not permitted, so anyone calling for fair treatment is a dissident and must be made an example of.

There might be some religious components, but the broad stroke is that.

There are many Islamic majority countries that do not operate that way. Such as Senegal(?), where alcohol is widespread, and the first Elected President was Catholic.
