Individual rights are not as strong in Europe.

Maybe he was looking for her phone number. :)

I would definitely have kicked that terachers ass if he went through my personal stuff...

Talking about personal rights, do you have any idea Martin, if Geert Wilders (the rightwing politician...) got into the UK already? Last thing I heard was that he has been refused entrance the UK, because of his political stance  For a freaking visit!! :?

Surprised she even bothered to stay in school making that much
We don't know her circumstances so who are we to judge, she may have been forced into it as happens all the time.
A shame that one so young is stuck doing this.

Why not stay in school...like you said we dont know the circumstances. Who knows maybe she wanted to go on to further education without the debt of a student loan. It usually doesnt end up that way and , in most cases, of girls that young going into sex trade there is a history of past sexual abuse.

Sad story though.

I don't know about your school but in my jr. high/high school we were subjected to random locker searches due to drug problems. If you had bags in your locker they searched those too.

Havent heard anything new, a Muzzy in the House of Lords stood up and said
if Geert came to the UK, protests in the streets and violence to follow.
Everyone got so scared the invitation was withdrawn. He was originally
supposed to show his film and discuss with members in the House.

Whats happening in Britain is really scary, the pc crowd has completely capitulated, and all any groups needs is to mention violent protests,
and they get what they want. The majority stand by silently and do nothing.

The Supreme Court ruled on the Constitutionality of random drug searches at schools. R v. A.M. [2008] affirms that "reasonable grounds" must exist to perform a lawful search of a school. R v. Kang-Brown (these cases were heard by the Supreme Court together) created a similar precedent in other public places (he got busted after a drug sniffing dog searched lockers at a bus terminal).
