Sure she earned it, bit not legally. She was pimped by two adults for others to have sex with a minor which is illegal. By your logic we should let drug dealers keep their stashes of cash when we arrest them because "they earned it".

Not sure about Britain, but Canada has "Enterprise Crime" laws which allow the government to confiscate any proceeds of crime.

Given that she was keeping the money she was not stuck but it would appear she was doing this on her own.

And why not? It would be perfectly acceptable in the UK for her to give it away for free so why not sell it?

Those drug dealers harmed civilians in the process by getting them addicted to drugs. This girl willingly prostituted herself for cash. She wasn't hurting anybody just doing something illegal and wrong.

It is illegal and she got away scott free, regarding your logical example there. Wouldn't the drug dealers go to jail? They wouldn't go scott free if they were caught.

Obviously the two crimes are not the same. The girl did all that which will probally scar her and turn her into a future whore for nothing? If the judges let her go without any punishment than shes obviously immune to the crime but yet still get robbed of her earned cash.
