So, two of the biggest trolls on this board have seen fit to mod down my post because they're afraid of the content. No surprises here. I'll just bump it up in the forum!

Anyway, it seems that despite all claims that "American legalisation will never happen", many American states are considering it or have already done it. Now they just have to wait for the fedz to wake up to reality.

Just like same sex marriage, this is probably the only way it will pass.

I couldn't believe how Obama laughed it off like that. It was infuriating.

Well, I wouldn't say it was legalized in some states, but, in many it is only a mister meaner if only for personal use. Which means, a ticket, no court (like an underage drinking ticket).

I bumped it down. Are you calling me one of the biggest trolls on the board? If so back it up with something crybaby Iceowl. If you don't like the way the news system works do something about it, otherwise your news articles are voteable just like everyone elses. Crybaby. Iceowl.

I know where I leave if you have a small amount, and you tell the Cops you have it they wont do anything. A friend got pulled over with an 1/8 and he told the cop he had it. The cop just took it and he drove off.

And we have the right to refuse a search without a warrant. Yet all a Cop has to do is go on the radio and say "There is a suspicious smell in the car". And they read the search warrant over the radio. So basically...the law doesn't do anything for us and Cops can "get around it".

I have to edit your post:

"...The cop just took it, drove off and smoked it..."

I remember hearing the horrible horror stories about how after all the drugs have
gone through the courts and legal blah blah blah, it is ultimately useless, so the
police pile it up, put on gas masks, and set everything on fire.
