I know he must have been in very exceptional circumstances. And that nobody really knows what they would do. But i find it very hard to believe that he is as innocent as he appears. It just doesn't sit right.

I'd put the barrel to their head and wouldn't hesitate a second in pulling the trigger.

I have no idea what it is, but I am assuming you dont what the Canadian military is like, I have been asking for a french course for 4 years now and still havent gotten one.

Doesn't Israel's Krav Maga (sp?) have several techniques designed to deal with armed combatants while unarmed?

Tradgic story but the African union says again and again that they don't want UN peacekeepers or western involvement. All they want is our money.

Only Africa can clean up it's own mess.

SERE = Survival, evasion, resistance, escape.

Part of the training is in convincing someone that you are cooperating with them in order to obtain a momentary advantage that will allow you to kill them.
