it wasn't a national unity issue during the last election when ignatieff last time i checked was in support of the liberal policy they ran on . but its somehow a national unity issue now ? when we figure out what he is talking about let me know .

Weird twist of events today. :? Iggy appearing to support the tarsands (‘scuse me OILsands), and Harper finally having a dose of oxygen hit his brain and realizing Afghanistan is a really bad place to be.

He hit the nail on the head. If we don't have the Oilsands, we don't have transfer payments and the East Coast along with Ontario, will be deep in it.

He's probably the first Liberal since Pearson to look at the big picture and actually state an economic reality, without the political rhetoric.
