Now all we have to do is wait for the inevitable illegal blockades that are sure to follow. Besides as we all saw in the illegal railway blockades court orders mean sweet fuck all to these people and if past history is any indicator it's highly unlikely that the Federal gov't will do anything to enforce this or any other court ruling that contradicts the natives position.

Too little too late. The ship is still sinking and court decisions like this won't do squat to fix the damage done by all the torpedoes that were fired into the waterline. It's over, and long past time to stop believing otherwise.
