Now you're making a false equivalency between communist USSR being no different than other "state run" organizations which aren't run by dictators or other all powerful leaders... and for good measure you include the UN and IPCC in there? Global entities that are run by literally the ENTIRE world.
Ergo, your original statement amounts, LITERALLY, to this:
