The school says that Dhaliwal has failed to take reasonable steps to lessen the effect of the injury?

He was 6.

It's unacceptable for the teacher to lose track of 2 students.

I once walked to school when it was -52 out and the school was closed. I froze half my pee-pee off. Now I only have 8 inches left. I should sue.
