Faith bothered to investigate - through the use of 'freedom of information' requests - what Canadians aren't being told about the Syrian refugees . Guess who didn't think Canadians needed to know about such stuff. Hint: starts and ends with C.

http://www.bbc.com/news/av/uk-40053376/ ... et?SThisFB $1: Manchester attack: Question Time debates 'Didsbury Mosque' leaflet
A Question Time audience member has claimed he was handed an anti-Western leaflet at Didsbury Mosque in Manchester.
The mosque was previously attended by the father of Salman Ramadan Abedi, the man who carried out Monday's bomb attack.
However, an attendee of the mosque who was also in the audience said the mosque had a "multi-cultural community" and said the leaflet was "not official".
The mosque condemned the attack on Wednesday, saying "cowardice has no place in our society". The link has the video, watch for yourself. This was hilarious, I'm surprised the BBC didn't censor it. While the back pedaling commences, you hear Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham at around 54 second, " David ", in a tone that he means the moderator needs to shut this down.

‘Europe, Rise from Your Knees or You’ll Be Crying over Your Children Every Day’$1: The Prime Minister of Poland...
has launched a blistering attack on the “political elites” of Europe in the wake of the Manchester terror attack, warning the continent must put in place “strong politicians” willing to tackle the threat or risk “crying over your children”.
Speaking in the Polish Parliament on Wednesday, Beata Szydło seized the moment to launch an excoriating attack on European Union leaders following the Manchester attack which, among others, claimed the lives of a Polish couple, leaving their two daughters as orphans.
“We are not going to take part in the madness of the Brussels elite,” she railed. “We want to help people, not the political elites.
“Where are you headed Europe?” she demanded. “Rise from your knees and from your lethargy or you will be crying over your children every day.
“If you can’t see this – if you can’t see that terrorism currently has the potential to hurt every country in Europe, and you think that Poland should not defend itself, you are going hand in hand with those who point this weapon against Europe, against all of us.
“It needs to be said clearly and directly: This is an attack on Europe, on our culture, on our traditions.”
Addressing the people of Europe, she asked: “Do we want politicians who claim we have to get used to the attacks, and who describe terrorist attacks as incidents, or do we want strong politicians who can see the danger and can fight against it efficiently?”
Szydło’s Government is currently locked in a battle with Brussels over Commission plans for every member state who is signed up to the Common European Asylum System to take in a quota of migrants from Greece and Italy as a solidarity measure.
The previous Polish Government agreed in 2015 to take in 4,500-5,000 migrants, the commitment increased by the EU to 6,200, but Szydło’s administration reversed that decision upon taking power and has promised instead to give aid to people in refugee camps in the Middle East.
Brussels has responded by issuing threats of sanctions if no migrants are taken by June. The same threat has been made to Hungary, which also has yet to take any migrants in under the quota system.
Although the Commission has not made clear what sanctions would be applied, politicians in other member states have called for Poland and Hungary to have their EU funding withheld until they participate in the programme.
But Poland’s Interior Minister Mariusz Błaszczak is defiant, insisting that taking the migrants would be “much worse” than any sanctions the EU could lay down.
“We mustn’t forget the terror attacks that have taken place in Western Europe, and how — in the bigger EU countries — these are unfortunately now a fact of life,” he said earlier this month. Go Poland! Go Hungary! If we had a real Prime Minister he'd support them.

Europe Fights Back with Candles and Teddy Bears$1: This long and sad list is the human harvest of Islamic terrorism on Europe's soil:
Madrid: 191. London: 58. Amsterdam: 1. Paris: 148. Brussels: 36. Copenhagen: 2. Nice: 86. Stockholm: 4. Berlin: 12. Manchester: 22. And it does not take into account the hundreds of Europeans butchered abroad, in Bali, in Sousse, in Dakka, in Jerusalem, in Sharm el Sheikh, in Istanbul.
But after 567 victims of terror, Europe still does not understand. Just the first half of 2017 has seen terror attacks attempted in Europe every nine days on average. Yet, despite this Islamist offensive, Europe is fighting back with teddy bears, candles, flowers, vigils, Twitter hashtags and cartoons.

They think they caught an "Islamophobe." A guy stabbed three men on the El train in Portland. Two of them died. Apparently the Psycho/terrorist/Lone Wolf/whatever had been screaming at a woman in a Hijab and the men went to protect her. Progressives were, of course, outraged and assured us this proved the real problem in the world was backlash against Muslims by followers of Trump. Except...guess what? Jill Stein weighs in on Portland stabbing in Trump’s America; Doesn’t mention attacker was a supporterThe killer was a big fan of Bernie Sanders too.

ht tp://www.torontosun.com/2017/05/24/cana ... harge-them$1: Could a Manchester-style attack happen here in Canada? The answer, sadly, is a resounding "yes."
Asking why it hasn’t happened yet is perhaps more to the point. That’s because we’ve already got jihadists like Salman Abedi, the 22-year-old behind the horrific concert attack, right here on home turf. Dozens of them. Perhaps over a hundred.
How do we know this? Because the heads of our security agencies say so. They’ve compiled the lists, they have the names and have some sense of where the radicals are at. The only thing they haven’t done is charge them.
Last March, CSIS director Michel Coulombe testified in front of a Senate committee that, at the time, there were 60 Canadians known to have returned home from going abroad to participate in terror activities.
These included paramilitary exercises, receiving jihadi training, providing logistical support for operations and more. Basically, they went to terrorist training camp. Then they came home. “Ticking time bomb” is the accurate phrase to describe this situation.
U.K. Home Secretary Amber Rudd recently confirmed that Abedi was known to authorities. For specifically what reasons, we’re not sure. The speculation is that it has to do with what he’d gotten up to during a recent visit to Libya.
Coulombe also said last year that there were an additional 180 Canadians who at that time were still abroad engaging in terror-related activities. A year ago. And how many of them have since come home?
These acts are serious Criminal Code violations. So if we’ve identified dozens of Canadians hot for jihad, why on Earth are we letting them move freely?
It can be difficult to build a proper case, terrorism expert and Carleton University Professor Alex Wilner pointed out on my radio show Wednesday morning. If the alleged terror offence took place in countries, such as Iraq and Syria, it’s tough to compile the evidence and get help from what exists of law enforcement in the regions.
Even when they return home to Canada, it takes dozens of officers to perform surveillance on one radical.
“We have to dedicate our limited resources to those that we think are the greatest threat,” CSIS deputy director of operations Jeff Yaworski told a committee back in 2014.
Despite all this, it’s clear Canada also just isn’t committed to going all in to charge these guys. RCMP commissioner Bob Paulson confirmed as much in remarks he gave to media last year.
“If we’re not getting the evidence, are we satisfying the safety issues by surveillance and other techniques while we collect the evidence or are there alternative ways of keeping communities safe by direct interventions with the individual or his family?” Paulson said last March. “In other cases, we’ve assessed that they’re back, they’re sorry, they’re working to try to get their heads straight and we’re relying on family members or other professionals.”
That’s right. If jihadists say they’re sorry and their moms promise to keep them on the straight and narrow, the RCMP opt not to charge them. It’s madness.
Back in the summer of 2015 the standing Senate committee on national security and defence released a report on countering terrorism.
Here’s recommendation 19: “The Government encourage police and Crown prosecutors to enforce provisions of the Criminal Code in all relevant matters involving terrorism in the criminal pre-criminal space.”
Yes, a government report actually had to humbly suggest that we actually enforce anti-terrorism laws.
That was two years ago. The worst part of it all is that it looks like nothing has changed. What will it take?

Meanwhile in America Progressives are showing appreciation for their advantages by having a Sharia advocate (Linda Sarsour) invited as commencement speaker at City University of New York. Do they not see what's happening in Sharia countries like Pakistan, or are they jealous.

If what PJW is claiming here is true and as rampant as he says it is, this is beyond outrageous.
I think it is true - or at least more true than false - and the even larger outrage is that it isn't general knowledge.
