This is funny.

The Libs have no where else to go on Dion's green shift. With the gas & everything else tax, any logical person against it must be a denier and must not care about the planet. It's a prescription for disaster.

So the Conservatives are getting sloppy seconds. It's not like the Liberals have never been in bed with big business themselves. All the parties in power have whored themselves to big business, so seeing the Liberals have been in power more often they've obviously got more bed sores.

Stephen Harper's Conservative party has released a series of sneering radio and gas-pump ads that portray the Liberal environmental plan as a massive tax grab - even though they haven't seen the blueprint.

Is it the Tories' fault that the Libs are still fumbling around trying to figure out how their carbon tax will be applied?

I thought most of 'big oil' was owned by mutual funds, pension plans and retirement funds which are owned by the average middle income person?

The Libs should check and see if Tory ministers are dating any ex-girlfriends of oil execs  I'm sure they could manufacture another scandal with that

If this was a sporting event, the crowd would be booing the effort the Libs put in to this one.

the tories are far worse.. they are about making the rich richer and the poor guy can go take a flying fuck... the oil companies profits are obscene.... if harper had a clue (which we all know he doesnt) he would have dropped the gst on gas.. there are alot of people going broke over the gouging going on by the oil companies.. wonder what excuse they will use when the phoney wars are over in the middle east.. Obama is on track he was on the news today saying he was going to increase taxes for the oil companies... unlike the republicans who want to give them tax breaks.. go figure... fucking tories..

If you want to bitch about the Conservatives keep it about Canada. Now could you explain how the Conservatives are making the rich richer and the poor guy is taking a flying fuck?

Man Big Oil's bed is massive. Climate change skeptics, the Bush administration, the Tories, the Republicans, is their bed the size of Ontario or something?

You're full of shit, Kenmore.
If you look at who gives to the Conservatives and who gives to the Liberals, you'd see the exact opposite is true. The Conservatives enjoy a very broad support base that sends in an average of $20. The Liberals can't get their huge donations from crown corps or big business like MDA anymore and most Liberals are more about using someone elses money than their own, so the Liberal coffers are barren.

That's a proof, and you know what they say about a proof, is dat 'kaus it's proofen..
