There is a difference between doing the right thing because the data says to, and doing the right thing also being complimentary to China. Just because they do something that looks good on China doesn't mean they did it because it looks good to China.

Coincidence is not causation.

Are they truly in China's pocket or are they, like the rest of the world, dependent on an unreliable and secretive regime for accuracy in information on COVID-19?

Given what has come out on cover-ups of COVID-19 by the Chinese government (such as Dr. Li Wenliang), I'm going with the latter.

So there you have it. WHO depends on information given to it by the countries health authorities. If those authorities are providing WHO with bad information, like China was - how is that WHO's fault? Like the former Ambassador stated, WHO should be more proactive in holding China to standards like it did during the SARS outbreak, but that doesn't mean that relating the information China was providing was a 'pro China' political move for WHO.

And cutting funding for WHO won't make things better.

Where do you think China is good in any of this? [huh]

We can only assume you haven't been paying attention.

Got to be the shallowest, most obvious attempt to deflect blame away from imself that Trump has made, yet his worshippers still buy it.
Why suggest looking at timelines and history when the man will claim he didn't say what he said fifteen seconds after he did and these people go along with it,?. Every single fucking day he attacks any reporter that asks an actual question and shows the world what an ignoramus he is when he does speak on every single issue regardless of whether he knows squat about it.

I can’t see how this will help the global fight against the pandemic.

Because Trump is doing such a good job fighting the pandemic! He know this stuff as well as as anyone, which really surprises them! It's a natural ability he has.

Jesus Christ, just because Trump & his fans have the attention span of a fucking goldfish doesn't mean that no one else isn't watching his actions and writing down his spoken words.

Yes, Teddy dud nothing wrong.

No human-to-human transmission, no travel bans, but plenty of praise for Beijing: How WHO parroted Chinese lies as coronavirus pandemic unfolded

The WHO first reported unusual cases of pneumonia in Wuhan on January 4
Since then, coronavirus has evolved into the worst pandemic for 100 years
WHO is now facing criticism for its handling of the pandemic, including that it was too quick to accept Chinese data and too slow to recommend travel bans
Donald Trump has said he will withhold US funding until review is carried out

Yawn.

The UN and it's minions are a complete and absolute joke, a complete waste of time and money.

So, you are saying you didn't read any of the literature I posted. Well, I didn't expect you would.
