As I understand it, Detroit isn't an official sanctuary city. It's more borderline where the invitation is underlying.

But the Progressive Socialists who had been running Detroit for over a half century did screw the pooch there pretty bad. One can see why even illegals might not want to hide out there.

According to CBS, Detroit has been overtaken by St. Louis as the most dangerous city in America.

I think that's more for the murder rate though. The rape rate in Detroit is still strong - stronger even:

So maybe you'd rather send these illegals you seem determined to support to St. Louis if rape avoidance is your priority. They'll only get murdered in the Progressive hellhole of St. Louis.

Not sure if St. Louis is a sanctuary city though, so I don't know if Trump will want to help you out.
